• Key company representative for client for all written communication, conducting client's feedback and troubleshooting any project issues
• Prepares progress reports and submit to client and management team
• Ensure timely delivery of the project and exceptional quality of work
• Develop and implement the Project Management execution plan
• Responsible for the execution of the overall project within schedule and budget and in accordance with the contract terms
• Submit plans for local authority approval and arrange for inspections of building work
• Project Costing and collection of payment


• At least 5 years of Project Management experience in Commercial Office or Workplace fit-out
• Diploma / Degree in Project Management / Interior Design / Construction Management or related disciplines
• Ability to interpret architectural plans & technical drawings and familiar with building and safety regulations
• Familiar with computer software such as Mirosoft Word, Excel, Powerpint & Project
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good leadership, project, presentation and people management skills
